We help you plan the best use of your site, and review the feasibility of your plans in light of market conditions.  Clients do not need to expend their energies putting together a professional team.  We help you obtain bids, select the right professionals, negotiate contracts, hold and manage construction meetings and oversee the design and development efforts.  If necessary we can assist in obtaining third party financing, public financing opportunities or even make the project a joint venture or other collaboration.

Development Plan Review, Cost Estimating, Scheduling and Budget Preparation

  • Assist engineer with final design of site plans, amenities, offsite force mains, water, reclaimed water and traffic improvements.
  • Assist in obtaining all off-site and on-site development permits and approvals to include final engineering and permitting.
  • Assist in development of Community Development District and HOA’s.
  • Meet with all government authorities through acceptance of the development.
